Special Knits - by Debbie Bliss Special Knits is based on our need to create lovingly-made handknits for new babies, in soft yarns that are gentle against delicate skin. Cotton Angora - This collection reflects the softness and quality of Debbie's yarn, cotton angora, with designs that drape, enfold or skim the body. The detail in some of the designs is in the way they are secured, with a pin, ribbon or suede tie, with others the shape is created in travelling stitches in ribs or stocking stitch. Cotton angora is an aran weight yarn, so the garments not only knit up quickly but also show even subtle stitch patterns.
